City which you call home?

Thought it would be nice to see the communities favorite cities. Mine is Markarth. The layout/architecture is absolutely stunning. :tes:

Honeyside just feels like home. Having a balcony overlooking the lake is epic for a house.

I love Breezehome, but I have still too see the house you can get in Solitude which is the other potential candidate as my favorite city.

Falkreath is my nice green valley retreat. When I'm not pushing villagers over, I'm stealing all their possessions to stuff into my wicker-wood batcave. Sure, it can be a little dull at times, but eating nightshade generally provides for entertainment when I'm not torturing animals.

Otherwise, I have the house at Solitude where I dump my potions (I just turn around from the alchemy table and drop them) but alas, my computer crashes from the amount down there. It's like the Titanic, but it's potions instead of water.

Whiterun is my enchanting/smithing den filled with detect life enchanted iron knives. And my women, can't forget them.

I roleplay as a Bard so it's Solitude because of the Bard's College.

Unfortunately I don't feel like I have a home in Skyrim. My only house is in Solitude but I only go there to dump equipement and raid the wifes company purse.

Whiterun.

It has the worst house, but as a hub it's unbeatable; all the animals you can hunt, two blacksmiths to buy supplies from and it's right in the middle of everything, meaning that if you have to walk somewhere you're never as annoyingly far away from everything as you are in Falkreath and Markarth.

That being said, I'm totally planning on buying a house in the latter, the city reeks of awesomeness.

As a Thief, Riften was my first and still, most loved home. The balcony, the water and a basemant to store all my Mammoth tusks! The garden is looking a bit worse for ware though : /

Difficult, the wifes in Solitude, my main house is in Windhelm and I have getaways in Whiterun and Markarth.

Either Whiterun or Solitude feels the most homely.

Markarth house quest is bugged for me :( hoping the patch will sort that out. Until then I'm stuck with Breezehome; don't want to spend my 25000+ gold just yet. If the patch fixes the Markarth house dialogue with the steward, then Vlindrel Hall will be my home. If not, I'll save up a bit more and splash out on the house in Solitude.

Whiterun at the moment. Where I live with my werewolf lover, Farkas. Quite funny dialogue contextually if you marry him and ask him for quests, he goes from 'hello my dear' to 'IVE GIVEN YOU A JOB NOW DO IT' lol.

Anyway, back on topic. This game is HUGE, I've been playing for hours and hours, I'm level 17 and I've only been to Riften, Whiterun, Windhelm and Morthal (and villages and caves etc.)

For roleplay reasons though, I spend a lot of time in Anise's cabin haha.

My wife is in solitude along with the crap i dont want to carry anymore. But my heart lies where the bodies do at the DB sanctuary. The house in whiterun has become a home to the housecarl. And some how i think my wife is cheating with ferg the elf from the first city riverwalk or something like that. The only reason she still breaths is because she pays me well to let her live.
