I'm playing the Civil War, Stormcloak side, and I have Apollo Down's "Civil War Overhaul" installed. Having retaken The Rift, Ulfric has sent me to the camp in Falkreith. But Galmar is busy. He's been busy for a week now. I've been all over the map, seeking word walls, collecting Daedric artifacts, and periodically returning to Galmar... and he's still busy. Well he ever be un-busy?

I also have two hold capture quests open simultaneously (with an unoccupied quest arrow in the Stormcloak camp outside Solitude). This happened when I accidentally talked to Ulfric, meaning to talk to Jorlief (I was doing Blood on the Ice). He said "we're taking Solitude. Head to the camp" even though we still hadn't taken Falkreith. I did. There were some Stormcloaks there, but no Galmar, just the general. Galmar is still in the Falkreith camp, eternally busy.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
