Hi,

Right now I am doing:
"Wild Card: Side Bets" and I got all groups done expect Omertas so I have started: "How Little We Know" and chose to kill Cachino so now I have to bring guns cargo for Troike (done already) and a Chlorine for Clanded (bought at Freeside).

Now the issue:
I can't bring Chlorine to Clanden because doors to his apartment are closed which is weird because earlier i could entrance it without a problem. What am i suppose to do now? I can not pick-lock it because of low pick-locking skill.

Wait for a different time of day. I believe if its night time hes passed out with door lock. Leave, come back,and enter the casino around 11 in afternoon, should have no problem if u leave the strip,and come back and enter casino at early afternoon.
