Now ive only been playing this game about once a week since it came out and im only on level 17 (I still get excited every time I play as I dont play often).

The thing I discovered and this may of been obvious to some of you but I only discovered this whilst playing last night. When ive been in Dungeons and come across a wall with the 3 spinning circles with a symbol on each of the rings to align in the right order I was literally trynig all of the possible combinations, looking around for clues on walls ceillings etc.. this was taking a very long time. So looking in the list of items I found the relevant claw key that is used to open the door and so having a good close up look at it I notice the combination of the symbols is on the back of the claw lol.

Should have known about those right when you started the game, there is a quest in Riverwood that shows you how they work

Yeah. I think Todd actually said that in the pre-release videos of Bleak Falls Barrow. The Claws act as keys and the combinations are etched on them.
