So all my characters in FO4 like to collect stuff for display/use in his house. And I much prefer CLEAN/Pristine new looking versions. So of course I always strip the Cabot house and loot the crap out of the Institute before Pressing the Button.

On my new play through I am waiting for the Mod Tool's release and then a bit longer to progress any further (currently at level 11). I'm really hoping that some awesome Modder will figure out how to make a player home that is workbench customizable but behind a loading screen (like HomePlate but better) this way it doesn't turn all wet and shiny every-time it rains outside! So for now I built a tiny "Stash Shack" atop RedRocket to store my treasures while I await the perfect dry Home!
