im gonna clean Kvatch Rebuilt.esp with TES4 Edit. im using OOO so i have the OOO compatibility mod. so do i need to load the OOO compatibility mod and/or OOO.esm when cleaning Kvatch Rebuilt.esp?

No. You only need to load OOO if you are going to clean the OOO compatibility patch. Actually, TES4Edit will load OOO automatically for you. But that patch isn't dirty, so don't even waste your time.
