Cleaning mod

Hello,

I'm currently working on mod and the mod alters some interiors and exteriors. Of course, I properly cleaned the mod with tes3cmd. The thing that bothers me is the fact that when I open my mod in CS, some of the objects that are in vanilla game are marked with *(as modified) even when they were not modified by my mod. Their modification was simply caused by opening their properties or creating duplicate of them. I tried to identify these objects and delete them from mod with Enchated editor, but then the vanilla object is actually deleted from the game. So my question is - should I be worried about these modified objects, or should I leave them as they are? And if not, what would you recommend to clean them properly?
