Not sure what I'm doing wrong, been through the town 15+ times at this point, down in the sewers, checked the rooftops and the forests around. The main quest giver is not in the museum anymore, just a few other people that won't dialogue. I had got the battery before I met up with them, jumped down in the power armor and killed Razorclaw (if that was his name?). Pretty stuck here - what am I missing?
