Hello all!

For some reason there are some locations that don't/won't clear. Small locations are the most frustrating, like little shacks/cabins out and around Red Rocket.

Am I missing something? I go through and clear out all the enemies, and loot everything. I listen to the holo tapes found if there, but still nothing.

Do some locations just not clear out? What's the deal?
