Cliff Racer frequency?

Is there a way to change the frequency of a specific creature appearing in the wild? I'd like to drop the Cliff Racer population by half. I think there are mods that remove them, but that's not what I want.

I don't know of any way of doing it besides going through the construction set and deleting half the spawn points. Someone who knows more about the CS might know how to do it.

I just want to mention when you do these changes to spawn points, these old spawn points remain in your save game. You may want to clear your game save. Mash can do this.

This mod, http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5648, makes it so they won't attack you.

Annoying cliff racers are part of the experience. I used to have a mod called "Anti Cliff Racer Belt", which attacked them if they came within a certain distance of you but since my recent reinstall of Morrowind I've come to embrace the cliff racers in all their annoying glory. :D

You should be able to adjust the spawn chance in the leveled creature list.

Now i am not entirely certain at the moment, but is it not so that when you use Piratelords Creatures that severall creatures will start to leave you alone when you kill enough of them? I believe that one of those creatures are Cliffracers?

Increase the number in 'chance none' and less will appear. That's what I was going to suggest as soon as I read the title.
