Except it happens all the time.
And usually you wouldn't notice until there was a huge swarm of the behind you.

I say yes. Or at least some kind of average flying creature. Please, Bethesda, ignore the over dramatisation.

I want the Cliffracers to be in Skyrim Because they are also somekind of Dragon
Imagine it a Group of Cliffracers Going to Attack With a Big-ass Giant Dragon !!!! :D

Would it be good if Cliffracers are gonna Return in Skyrim ?

Cliff Racer =/= Dragon

Vvardenfell sank, so i believe it took all of its funky critters with it.

Yeah, they all sank because they can't fly away.

Anyway, I don't have anything against them.
True that there were times when they were a pain in the ass, but overall they are OK.

Didn't the Nerevarine get rid of the Cliff Racers, regardless I wouldn't want them in Skyrim. I would rather Beth use new enemies like those giant Frost Spiders :cold:

Hmmm... maybe as a compromise there could be some type of large or extra-powerful cliffracer that makes a nest for itself somewhere in the mountains near the border to Morrowind, like the Udderfrykte Matron in Oblivion did at Dive Rock. As for the argument on the possibility lore-wise, we don't know for sure if the land directly hugging Morrowind are more comparable to Morrowind's ecosystem or the rest of Skyrim. Remember how in Oblivion we'd see the landscape always begin to change when we approached the border to another nation? I'm willing to bet Bethesda might do that again here to a smaller extent in some areas. Which is part of the reason why I intend to make Windhelm my home. So If mainland Morrowind was habitable for the cliff racers (We don't know), then some small portion of Skyrim's eastern border could very well be a viable place for them to live in as well.

and I can't stand games that are between "so crappy it's retro" and " this is looks nice" on the subject of graphics. (also the horrible looking gameplay plays a part too.)

You seem to be forgetting the game is nearly a decade old.

I never had a problem with cliff racers. They didn't do well against lightning, and there just hapened to be a free long sword with lightning enchantment dropped from the moron trying to create an endless jump scroll....
All you had to do was jump and attack or use a lightning spell. Seriously, cliff racers were no more of a problem than guars or ghosts.....

I would like to see the return of cliff racers myself.

I think it would be cool if they were somewhat common along the border of Skyrim and Morrowind.

Id like to see them make a return.
Perhaps its where saint Jiub drove them.

A few less than in Vvardenfell though.

Personally, I think a cliff racer-esque monster would be kind of fun! If only to practice archery. :P

cliffracers are not dragons... they are flying reptiles much like pterodactyls...thats is all...not dragons... at all. and no they should not be friends with dragons. they actually killed the dragons in morrowind. Drove them out because they took up all the space and resources. dragons starve and the ones that were left over left.
