OK, this is going to be my 4th place asking about this. Haven't played for a while but looking to get back into it. I really love the Frostfall mod so CoT Winter Edition is something I really want to try out... however before I do, I want to find out if I'll be able to use mods that enhance the towns/cities, or if they'll conflict badly.

A bonus would be knowing if there are any high rez texture packs (Like Skyrim HD 2K) will work in any way.
