Clipping setting to stop actor fade up close?

Anyone know what setting controls how the VIEW works with clipping? I have reformatted my hard drive and I am setting up my game again. Just about everything is back to my I call “normal”.

However as I move my camera in close to actors (especially the Player actor) the actor fades away to invisible. I dislike this. The way I had it before was your view would clip thu (or rather into) the actor if you got too close.

Which setting is it that controls this kind of clipping or view (or what ever the right word is for this)?
