Looks like the Perk you get from Deacon isn't getting applied for me at least


My sneak attacks are only getting a 5.4 multipler when I use a silenced weapon. I have the following perks on a male character;


Ninja rank 3 (3.5x)

Mister Sandman rank 3 (+50%)

Cloak and Dagger (+20%)


Now if you do the math, 3.5 * 1.5 * 1.2 = 6.3


My other character (female with the same perks) created before the last patch is still getting a 6.3x for sneak attacks with silenced weapons.

IIRC, there may be an issue with the order in which the Perks were acquired and being applied effecting the damage mulitplier.
