cause its a little retarded when your cloaked and someone is right in your face and you have to hit them three times while they only have to hit you twice and you loose 9 times out of 10

haha i know that was badass in the campaign i think the melee system should work like this two hits for everyone unless the person you are hitting is cloaked then it should be one hit

...and that's the way it should be. If you're punching someone in front of you with cloak you're using cloak incorrectly. I know if someone surprises you that frantically punching is the natural twitch reaction, but that's not what you should do.

Chapter 1, Section 3. It is clearly under the heading "Common Stupid Mistakes to Avoid with the Stealth Module".

Either the first melee does not count or it is really weak in stealth mode.

I only use cloak to avoid getting shot in the back.....when I'm about to attack I switch to armor mode to melee if I'm not sure if I can stealth kill a guy........

and its a complete waste that you are trying to melee in cloak unless you know you can assassinate someone because you deplete your energy reserves completely

This happens to me quite often and mainly because the assassinate option seems to glitch and i end up just punching the guy in the back. A punch is a punch so cloaked or not it should still only take 2 hits, shame it doesn't seem to work that way though.
