What good is this...

Cloak Tracker - Creates particles on Cloaked enemy within 20m
UPGRADE II - Causes enemy Cloak to flicker after 7 seconds in radius
UPGRADE III - Causes enemy Cloak to flicker after 5 seconds in radius

a module I like to use that is way, way to weak, when every stealth enhance III douche runs around constantly hiding and quick recharging. 50% of the time does not engage at all or since the respawns are so great there already on top of you before it warms up lol.

7 and 5 second radius lol and flicker sounds broken to me. MP = Poor Ghostbusters YeAh!

Stealth Enhance III =OP

point being I think it should do what it says and shows in the menu without LAG or a warm up counter... Visor Enhance is pretty good... was expecting it to work properly.
