You know, random fact, yesterday I searched for some sort of scans on google and found some websites with results I was looking for.

Yeah, but all the pages arent scanned yet (last time i searched atleast, which was a few hours ago) and the scans have medium quality too so I'd rather have the magazine...

There are definitely hoods. And helmets that look like Nordic Trollbone Helms from Morrowind but that's something else entirely. No sight of robes yet but no reason to think they aren't in, as for capes and cowls, no word, unfortunately.
