No cloth wet simulation?

Why the other chapters that has liquids doesnt effect clothes like waters rains dosent effect clothes? C'mon Tango, I finished this game but, is the game realy finished work?

What platform are you playing on? Is this not in the next generation versions?

I'm on Ps4, and other platform doesnt have this too.
