Clover disaperd after "taking it back "

Help, serious problem here, I had Clover with me in the "taking it back quest", entered the chamber and activated the purifier, woke up in the brotherhood headquarter and Clover is gone, she is not at the memorial and not in paradise falls as she was after the previous quest where I was taken prisoner by the enclave. I picked her up where before starting this quest.

I wonder if it will help if I ask her to wait outside the memorial? I fond a piece of armour I had dropped so perhaps she would be ok.

The funny thing is that I have a mod who let me repair robots so the can follow me. I had one robot with me and he was waiting beside my bed where I woke up.

One other problem is that Eulogy Jones and his slavegirl is gone from his place. Pretty annoying as I have one quest involving him. Is it a console command to get him back?

Go back to the Citadel infirmary. Clover should be waiting in there. Followers don't always load in when you first wake up there. Eulogy and Crimson might be hung up inside the back room of Cutter's Clinic. player.moveto 00026010 will take you to him.

Ty, I replayed the part inside the memorial after asking Clover to wait outside and she was where then I got back, but Eulogy is still missing so I will try your tips.

I found Eulogy in the clinic back room, no teleport was needed, case closed thanks to you.
