No linky...but I think Zaltak is referring to the Vault Boy Icon in the status screen where you can see your limbs.....left leg looks to have no foot.

Yes, it sounds like one of your legs has been crippled. Remember that you can have good health overall but still have crippled limbs that effect you. Crippled limbs have to be healed separately from general health (aside from sleeping in the nonmodded game).

It's Bethesda's jen-u-wine awe-then-tik top-of-the-kwality anee-mashun for limping. Go to the status screen and use a stimpack on one of your legs.
