What is that sound at the Coast Guard Pier? Sounds like a generator of some sort but can't quite make it out nor find where it is coming from.

How about at the Coastal Cottage Settlement? There is a hole in one of the wrecked buildings that look like some one was trying to dig a cellar. If you go down into it, there is nothing there but you hear a humming nose like if you keep digging you might find something.

That is way too far away

Might it be the annoying noise of a spot light, instead of a motor?
