[Relz] Cobl No.15

I'm using Cobl w/Cobl_Cosmetics_Res_01 and I'm trying to install mods which require BP.
Is there a mod which complements the Cobl_Cosmetics_Res_01, such that when the two mods are loaded gives the result of the BP requirement?
I didn't see the [RELZ] Cobl Races thread when I posted this. I will respond there CorePC.

I have a little thing unclear about Cobl_Cosmetics_Res_01 and its Exnem compatibility patch. Should I activate it if I install Eve HGEC?
