Same here: I bought the game from Direct2Drive, they sent me the promo code, and I get two different error messages. I've tried deleting cookies, re-logging in, and putting in the code in all caps and all lowercase. The first produced "Promotion Code Not Found" and the latter "Redeem Code Invalid."

I can play, but my LE code is still not working even after deleting my cookies. This is all really frustrating to me, and I refuse to play the multiplayer until I can redeem my code. I don't care who's fault it is, I just want it fixed ASAP
