I created an account on the gamesas website called "The Torch", and redeemed my LE code on this account. But in the game I found that I could not enter a space character in the Nickname field. So now I created a new account from in-game called "Locutus.0f.Borg" (that's a zero in 0f, not O).

I thought that if I deleted the account "The Torch", my LE code would be freed up and I could redeem it in my new account, but it says the usage limit has been exceeded. Please transfer my LE bonus items to my new account. This is the bonus stuff I had:

- Unique Platinum Dog Tag
- SCAR Weapon Skin - Digital
- Hologram Decoy

Ugh a similar thing happened to me. Only my situation was complicated because I only deleted half my account. You see my account somehow got split into 2 pieces. One was my email address and one was my actual login. I thought this was a bug so I deleted my email address account and now it's seriously **** up.

And Cry-Adam refuses to help me and I am not impressed with the service I am being given

I also deleted half of two accounts each, and the other halfs merged...

I hate this. My LE stuff is on this useless account and not on my main SG196 one. I hate this.

Mine too. My LE content is redeemed on useless account "The Torch". I want it moved to my current account "Locutus.0f.Borg" (which works ingame)!

EDIT: WTF NOW I"M SIGNED INTO THE DELETED ACCOUNT "The Torch". I can't use this in game since I can't type spacebar.

Haha, my account just got fixed a few seconds ago, with my DLC transferred. I don't know how I managed to make the previous post as "The Torch", since I cleared cookies and logged in as "Locutus.0f.Borg".

I don't know what my current email address is though, since I am unable to login using the email address originally associated with "Locutus.0f.Borg".

OK it's NOT fixed. If I attempt to sign in to the redeemcode page as "The Torch" (this account has been deleted!) it says invalid username/pass. Then if I simply click sign in again as "Locutus.0f.Borg" it successfully signs in an shows my DLC (which was registered to "The Torch") but the name on the top right of the redeem code page is "Locutus.0f.Borg". But if I click go to the forum, the name on the rop right changes to "The Torch". So presumable I got logged into "The Torch" even though it said invalid username/pass.
