I wanted to know if anyone knows how to summon balizar (Lich boss you fight) because i wanna add him as a royal guard to my place, which is a mod that really has nobody in it can someone give me the codes to this. Like how to placeatpc then id can you give me a big list thanks.

Would be a nice script, placing a monster or NPC as a guard. I think you would definitely need to make a new Balizar that has the right settings including no wander and non-aggressive towards you. Perhaps make him a guard faction.

Im looking for a list of npc commands a big list.

The console command is PlaceAtPc followed by the ID and Count, Distance, Direction coordinates.
example: PlaceAtPc "lich_barilzar" 1, 1, 1

You can find the ID to any NPC/creature in the CS or on the Elder Scrolls Wiki webpages.

To make him a guard, you'll have to actually make a mod in the CS to alter his behaviour.
