Bethesda ignored my e-mail regarding it, and I am pretty sure the address they have listed on the offer in Arena is outdated.

Haha, yes. I have yet to find the book separately. The last copy of the Deluxe edition (which comes with the book) on there went for over 300.00 USD.
Also, haven't seen a scanned/online copy.
