Codsworth to death machine.

I would love to have the option to have Codsworth as a companion and the ability to upgrade it and turn it into a war machine. You know,we could scavenge spare parts from Mr Gutsies and install them on him.And when we get into battle he vould say something like "The dinner is served" after roasting a Raider with his flamethrower.

This is an awesome idea, actually. It would be cool to have a companion that you knew before the war, and he could give his opinions and advice on stuff that you encounter in the wasteland, that is, if he ever gets out of his butler mentality and can even think for himself. Kind of like a more intelligent more useful claptrap (i dont know if thats the best example actually).

While I would love for Codsworth to have as big role as possible , something tells me that we will have to shoot him. Just something about that dialog he had with us in trailer tells me he might not be 100% right in the processor.

A robot with a butler personality, jolly good sport, gonna have a gay old time going hunting with him.

The quality of this video is so bad... Can somebody list all the informations in it? I'm not a native English speaker and I can't really understand everything... especially with this annoying background sounds...

One thing I got from it - Weather system, including radiation storms.

Sounds pretty cool.

Also, apparently your companions cannot die, but can get knocked out. You are responsible for reviving/healing them. That's actually a pretty awesome feature I think.

From what I remember, he said from where the bomb dropped, there would be a lake and Radiation storms would come out of it, Dogmeat can't die unless he's not following you, and Codsworth, the robot in the beginning is also a follower

I quite like the idea of a single large bomb being dropped in the area rather than the moltitude of small craters from fallout 3.

I was actually wondering how Codsworth would work as a companion. Given the new crafting system, it would be nice to be able to eqip him with armor plating and energy weapons instead of relying on his standard buzzsaw and blowtorch.
