It's been a while since I made an RP, but I have finnally returned with a new RP Idea. So here goes my new RP, A Cold Night in Hell

One year before the Oblivion Crisis?

This hell started on a cold, windy night in Balmora. It was unusually cold, actually, so much that most of the citizens stayed inside that night. But the Silt Strider was still transporting people across Morrowind, and that night, the Silt Strider brought in an old Dunmer. They saw he walked to the plaza of Balmora, yelled something in Daedric, and died right there. But whatever happened, he was found dead in the plaza that morning. The guards thought nothing of it, and threw him in the river.

Balmora was experiencing good times. It had gone trough massive expansion, making it twice as large as before. A large influx of Outlanders had swarmed to Balmora after rising tension between Dunmer and outlanders in the other houses. Hlaalu, though, saw this as an expansion opportunity to allow the outlanders refuge. The massive boom of population created more stores in Balmora, and thus caused the expansion.

But strange things started happening after that man died in the Plaza.

People stared having terrifying nightmares, at first. Each man's nightmare was different, their worst fear coming true in the nightmares. Then, strange killings started happening. The victims seemed to be killed in gory ways, and bloody Dietrich messages were written on the wall. Screams of terror woke citizens up in the night. Most recently, some say they have been seeing ghosts in the streets.

The guards won't let anyone out. People are panicking in the streets. While some try and find what is causing this, others board themselves up in houses.

Balmora is going to hell, one night at a time.

The plot does sound interesting. You may want to go through and re-read your post to check a few spelling mistakes, you spelled cold wrong in the second sentence. Anyway, does sound interesting. Would like a basic outline of what kind of character we could play though. Are we just supposed to make up any type of character with any role in Balmora or did you want us going online certain guidelines.
