I can't find a pre-order CE of FNV for PC anywhere in Canada. Walmart, EB and Besybuy are sold out. Help?

Trying to pre-order a limited item two weeks before it's released was not a good idea.

As far as I know (that is, from what I've read around the net) all pre-orders in N.A. have ceased. This may include Canada as well.

They're definitely moving fast. I've talked to lots of folks that are being told that they're no longer taking orders in-store. In most cases, online ordering is your best bet.

The collector's edition for the PC version is even sold out at Amazon.com.

This makes me feel good about getting the CE now. It's going to be a prime thing to have this year.

My laziness resulted in me going for the Steam version. I regret this.

I believe it might be available on shelves though? I know that Future Shop has a quite a large selection of boxed PC games and always have any game's collector's edition. Compared to EB Games or GameStop that have very few space (Or none actually) for PC collector's editions.

For instance, two weeks ago they still had 3-4 Starcraft II Collector's edition.
I'll buy my copy on the shelves on the release date, hoping they have one. Otherwise, I'll just purchase a regular copy, no worries.

I ordered mine in like July. You shouldn't have waited so long. May have to wait for eBay.

You might still be able to oeder onlinr ANd just have it delivered, you might not get on the release date but if you really want the CE its better late than never.

I pre-ordered mine last week, the order has been filled, but I wouldn't be surprised that the order gets "cancelled" due to supply...whatever, I'll just buy it when the GOTY edition comes out next year.

its so close to the release date that pre ordering is kind of pointless, just go into a store on the release date and buy a non preorder copy, if your looking for CE then you out of luck. I would wait a few weeks for when the patches come in on steam. (theres always a bug no matter which developer or title)

Actually feels neat to have a copy on reserve. I might grow to like pre-ordering for games that I'm really excited about - midnight release at that!

I am still kicking myself for not getting the FO3 CE a couple of months after it was released, I was in Best buy with the CE and regular versions in my hand :facepalm: .........my cheapskate side won over that time. Needless to say not this time

I always preorder games that i know i will love and get them at midnight. I think it is a fun way to support your favorite gaming companies and its awesome being one of the first to play the game after release.

As for not being able to find collectors edition, i am sure one will turn up if you are patient, walmart had the fallout 3 collectors edition on its shelves for months after Fallout 3's release. Sorry to hear that though, same thing happened to me when i wanted the CE for Mass Effect 2. So I didnt risk it this time and I preordered mine in May. hahaha
