regular-25 dollars
CE-35 dollars
Collecters comes with bonus concept art, is hard back and a couple other things i cant remember

I believe the only difference between the two is that the collectors edition has a hard-cover and maybe some concept art, whereas the normal version will be paperback and likely to not have any concept art. As for price it probably depends where you buy from, I got mine for $37 NZ online(At EB Games it was $80).

I'd say that seems to be about right. I've ordered the CE myself because I like the hardcover edition of the F£ guide. For UK folk Amazon still doing a good price on the FNV CE guide.

This is kind of off topic but you for what you get with the collectors edition strategy guide in all games, is not really worth it, unless you are a collector. Collector edition games are worth it though.
