i remember reading somewhere in lore that tiber septim reestablished the voice for martial practices and such and created some form of school/college/academy in markareth (spelling?) and if i remember rightly that city is in so my question is will it be in, and will its people be different from the greybeards, will they have different or less powerful shouts?

Entirels speculative. And if I were trying to learn shouts that are capable of causing massive shockwaves, a thin, crumbling tower would be the last place I'd do it.

you have a point but i keep having this niggling feeling that people aren't fully recognizing the difference between the "voice" and "dragon shouts" frankly i think only your character should dragon shout because your the only one with dragon blood and i don't know where all these other npc's will be getting their get go with their shouts coz i have a feeling they will be using dragon language which just doesn't work, in my own opinion which is largely speculative and i am to lazy to find old lore i read elsewhere :tongue:

I'm pretty sure I heared Todd saying in one of the interviews that the Draugr can use Dragon Shouts. So I believe atleast one type of NPC can use them too.
