Colonel Moore Vs. Colonel Hsu? : Fallout: New Vegas

Who do you guys think is a better Colonel. Please list the reasons. And who do you think would better fit General if something happened to Oliver?

Probably Hsu, he can reson and is quite clever. For exampel the quest you get from ambassador Crocker I think where you need to solve the issue between the kings and ncr, moore just orders you to kill 'em

I can't really list anymore reasons because there is not really alot of interaction with moore in-game

If you're talking about warriors, whose job after all is death to enemies, Moore is absolutely ruthless and would probably be better in War. War svcks and she does too.

If you're talking about managing people and situations with some measure of compassion and reasoning ability, it would be Hsu. I prefer Hsu. He's a better people person. He even admits when he makes a mistake.

Hsu is by far superior. Oliver, Kimball and Moore are all clearly warhawks that thirst for war.

As to General? No-Bark Noonan should be NCR General if not President. :disguise:

Moore is an idiot and a hothead. Same with the president and Oliver. I wish obsidian would have allowed you to "remove" them from the picture and put people like Hsu and the Ambassador in charge.

Moore would more likely lead the NCR to its death with endless war and stupid shortsighted strategy, like Oliver and Kimball are doing now.

yes i agree with this. I think moore just wants stuff done as quick as possible and in her opinion that is killing people. For example she didnt like that you could make a treaty with the BOS.

Both are competent officers, but Moore is too bloodthirsty for my liking. She needs somebody above her capable of keeping her in line....someone like Hsu. A better general would have employed her somewhere...like Forlorn Hope...where she would be too busy with the real enemy to worry about creating more enemies for the NCR in thier rear rather than the Dam where she had far too much time to look for enemies to fight.

Moore is one of the reasons I don't like the NCR. She's just one Colonel, you may say. Yes, a colonel. Apperently being a total b with an itch makes you become colonel.

Now Hsu is one of the reasons I don't hate the NCR, because he's proof that the NCR's got a lot of good folk in it.
