For whatever reason, the water surface of the Colorado River disappears when I get close to it. The water is still there itself and works fine when I'm underwater, and the LOD textures are still there as well, but the surface is just gone for some reason. I tried loading all my active mods into GECK to see if it was a mod issue, but I couldn't find anything there. (Not to say it's a mod issue and I just couldn't see it.) I'm also using NME's Texture pack, and I even tried restoring the default water textures through the BSA to no avail. Here's some screens:
