Guys I have some combat stutter when I face rats/crabs etc... I have 30-55 fps its not visual related. But i had read about sound lag, and I downloaded quietfeet mod but it didnt help. I have some integrated sound card, but also on another pc i have also integrated sound card and no stutter (even if that other pc has less ram and slower procesor). I tried to turn off HW acelleration in ini file but nothing. Anyone have solution for this?

Do you use Oblivion Stutter Remover (OSR)? If not give it a go and experiment with heap replacement as documented in the readme. OSR can work wonders reducing some types of stutter. That said I'm not sure how effective it is against A.I. related stutter, which yours likely is. In any case OSR is worth installing.
