Is there any mods that changes your style to attack like spin around and then stab the cliff racer and then do a back flip and cut its head? something like that?

Edit: from memory there is some other one that trys to do decapitations, etc.. but i dont think its on that list and i cant remember it..

If you mean Morrowind Decapitated from Fliggerty then, no it is not a combat mod. It is a cap remover.

I think there was a mod called Blood & Gore, and I think it had limb loss functions included, but I'm not sure of either of those statements.

I used that one for a while, nice one.

The mod is called "Combat Enhanced" and requires "Morrowind Enhanced." Make sure to get 1.6 of Morrowind Enhanced.

Also, it doesn't work well with Better Clothes and perhaps other mods that change the clothing on npcs.
