Combat Realism mods

Post » Fri Feb 18, 2011 11:44 pm

I dont like how long and unrealistic battles are in Oblivion. It takes like 50 hits to kill someone with a battle axe lol. Are there any mods to make combat more realistic other than OOO? (OOO didn't seem to make things much better) Stuff like lowering health or increasing damage from weapons would be good.

Phitt's http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1089733-relz-damage-multiplier/ seems neat. Haven't tried it myself, though.

After reading through that, I'm now interested in Deadly Reflex 6. Problem is, I can only find version 5. Any idea where I can get version 6?

There's a good reason for that. ;)

edit: And yes, what PetrusOctavianus said in the following post. :) I use a few of those myself, along with FCOM and a number of other things.

For realism, check out Duke Patrick's (aka spookyfx) mods.

Yea Duke's mods are pretty good, I'm currently using "Actors can Miss Now".

Anyways, I think I'm all set for now thanks to you guys. Thanks for the links eh :D
