i don't know if someone posted the same thing again, in that case a moderator can freely lock this topic.
I saw the gameplay preview (quakecon i think) and i found many improvements from oblivion, but i also found the combat system very slow (as of oblivion), i see a dalay of about 0.5/1.5 sec from one enemy hit and another, this make the combat more similar at a turn based fight. While it can be almost good in human fight (one expert fighter is supposed to follow some tactical timing), i found it a bit disappointed in the monster fight case (expecially with dragons involved).
I'd prefer to see an enemy that try to hit me in many ways in a second, like two hits, or an hit and a magic atk, and so on (as said, expecially with brutal creatures like dragons); maybe some hit can stun or even throw away an opponent if there is enought strenght difference, or if the head will be taken (i see some kind of stunning effect on the video, but we don't know how it works).
I know that an accelerate combat system (even optional) could bring more difficult on the match, but it can make each fight more dynamic, challanging and never quite the same.
Just my thought.
