I just have installed my Crysis 2, and i can't activate it:

Seriously? I have the game, why can't you allow me to play it?
I tried changing info in my system to US, but it still doesn't work. Why would you even do something like that?

Because the retailer shouldnt have sold/shipped it to you until the 25th so you have to wait like the rest of us in Europe? but apart from that no reason.

Since you're from Europe you shouldn't even have the game yet. It's the discounters fault, they often sell games earlier than they are expected to. Everythings okay, there's no other way than just to wait...

It does seem odd that a developer and publisher that are so concerned about piracy seem to be doing their level best to encourage it by artificially delaying the release date outside the US.

my theory is that its delayed because of the dx11 patch and the patch is delayed till the morning of the 24th when nvidia makes thier "big anouncement" detailed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzmvmUPsrEM

which is rumored to be either the GTX 590 or a entirely new generation video card.

Nvidia invested money in Crysis 2, that's why they use Crysis 2 as marketing.
However, they're releasing the 590.
Keplar isn't until 28nm.

I don't think you know how it works. I can't enter my key, because the activation thingy doesn't allow me to do so. And crack would eliminate the whole activation process. My key wouldn't be involved at all if i do that.

Skidrow has released iso for the game, and he is going to release crack in near future. And playable beta is still out there.
Of course i do not recommend downloading any of these, unless you wear a patch on your eye.

When i was looking for a solution to my problem i landed on official Skidrow site. Comments there suggest that his upload was fine.

i hate to let you down but skidrow doesnt have a website so if you found one it is not affiliated with the piracy group.

and if you read that website more clearly it will tell you that the release you are talking about is the beta leak and it was posted feb 11th


piracy is not worth the effort especially for a game like this....
i personally have allready fully paid for my copy i have to way another day and 6 hrs before i can pick mine up.
