I met a same kind one before. Everybody can't find out cheater's name on the index, but that cheater still has name. I don't know how to get it, but my friend just find it out and votekick that cheater. The point is.....after successful Kicking (the message show the cheater has been kicked out), the cheater is still there !!!

That's what I saw the best hack of anti-votekick !!
