Right after I completed the "Come Fly With Me" quest i saved and shut it down. Tried to go back on today to no avail. Auto-save is two levels back. Just wanted to see if this a problem with others as well. Also if anyone has any solutions (PC version). Thanks.

When you saved and quit did you save manually, or did you quit after an autosave? If it was an autosave, and you have not yet made a new autosave, you may be able to retrieve it by following these steps:

With the game running, alt-tab and navigate to Documents > My Games > FalloutNV > Saves

If you see autosave.fos AND autosave.fos.bak, delete autosave.fos and rename autosave.fos.bak TO autosave.fos

That ought to rewrite your autosave to the most current one, and when you go back to your game you should be able to see it in the load screen. This will only work if you have NOT autosaved since the one you were trying to play. I would recommend manually saving your game every so often from this point forward.

I manually saved before I quit. So the game file is there in the load menu but after i click on it the game crashes.

Okay, I misunderstood your original post. Unfortunately I do not know anything about the problem you're experiencing. Here's hoping some knowledgeable fellow comes along and helps you out.
