This is new (to me anyway) I get an message from Steam that says skyrim is not ready to play offline. So I am FORCED to go on line and get the update for the game. When did this start happening?

Now if I use the SKSE wrapper I can avoid this, but sometimes I like to start it "normally" so that I can use the official start menu to arrange load order and do other things with settings.


GOD!!!! SO FREAKING ANNOYING.


Tell me me there is a way around this some how?

Is there anyway I start the Skyrim official start menu ( where you can arrange the load order) without going on line when steam gives this message?

god I hate steam...
