Yes of course im excited about this game. SO many ppl are calling it a COD clone but i reckon thats all crap. This game is great fun. It challenges you to think unlike cod where all u need is famas + silencer + ghost. What makes this game great is that is reduces the effectiveness of camping and u can customise ur armour to suit ur style of gameplay. Also the graphics are just beautiful.

Just like most of the other guys have said, I've never been so exited for a game ever! I'm not concerned or disappointed about anything in Crysis 2 from what I've seen. Multiplayer is awesome fun how it is, singleplayer has a proper story which has real depth to it and looks SOO FLIPPING EPIC!

What baffles me is the load of 'Crytek fans' that are saying how disappointed they are with the game, only because of the big changes and the apparent 'consolisation'. Crytek has put an extreme amount of effort into making this game a better Crysis, and that's what I believe it will be.

The graphics are excellent, nothing about them feels consolised. The graphics are different to Crysis1 because they are more refined than Crysis1, refined with even more details. I'm also amazed at how much they've optimised CryEngine, so much that on gamer settings it runs at a consistent 25-30 fps on my Dell Studio 1555: core 2 duo, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570. No other new AAA PC game runs that consistent or looks this good on my laptop.

I do love this game-play. I am working on just air stomps right (even though I cannot 'sniff' get the upgraded form of it.) It runs really really really good. I mean Cyrsis eats my PC alive looking half way decent. But this game after I turned down the motion burr and upped the fov it runs smooth as butter while putting COD graphics to shame.

(dont bother to flame, I'm a *gamer* I like playing games, unlike a lot of guys who only can whine these days, increadibly spoiled kids. If I don't like a gam I'll just pass, I dont endlessly whine like a kid ... and whiners, dont flatter yourself ... the sh*t I read in this forum is EXACTLY the same as the trash I read in other fora of different games. We all know about trolls, just add another 'Forum category' the 'whiners' lol)

I'm excited about this game, because I love Crysis. But what I've seen so far dissapoints me. I always thought Crytek was a developer that makes original (nanosuit, power struggle) games, but the demo is a 1:1 CoD copy. I understand consoles can't handle big maps like Crysis 1 had them, but then I expected some extra PC-only MP content, with bigger maps and more players.

Some but not all. Crysis is awesome and CryEngine 2 is great, but i prefer CryEngine 3. Crysis 2 is looking much better than the first game imho.

I'm only slightly disappointed that there is no power struggle. But I am sure there will be some moder who will make it for me. That will be awesome in C2.

I really like the multiplayer though. Its weird cus I hate CoD but, to me, this game doesn't feel like CoD at all. IDK what it is cus if I look at a youtube video the first thing I think of is CoD. But when I play the demo, I feel like its more of its own game. Also, I love the sense of weight in the demo. If you pay attention hard enough, it just feels like your suit is really heavy for some reason(which I like).

Plus, I think all of those people who left and said this game svcks were all the PC elitists. Because I definitely notice a difference in attitude on this forum now that they are all gone. I like it I may be a PC gamer, but I absolutely hate our annoyingly large elitist community.

Yes... I even like the Demo. People are such ungrateful whiners.

I'm waiting for the PS3 demo pretty anxiously. I've played on the PC, but my experience was pretty jerky because my laptop isn't up to spec. I can't wait to be able to get stuck in with some smoothe gameplay.

I'd say that I'm looking forward way more to the SP than the MP, even though I've seen a great deal of the SP already. MP looks really nice and all but I need to play it before I know whether I'll really like it.

im too excited, even the MP is better then i expected , not really my cup of tea with out vehicles and small-mini maps and only 24 players , but still surprisingly good for what it is

Not excited at all. I was only going to buy the game for the graphics. Now there is no point for me to buy it anymore.
