Comic-Con costume ideas?

Post » Thu Jan 08, 2015 1:52 am

I posted a similar thread like this last year in 2014. I was a stormcloak/guard. Came out pretty well. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do this year. I would be a draugr, but I'm not the skinniest person in the world.

So far my possibilities for this years costume relating to TES are

-Dragon Priest (before its death as I do not have the physique of a skeleton ha ha)

-Miraak

-Mythic Dawn (just the red robes)

-Your mom (just kidding)

Would love other ideas if you have any. :)

I've always liked the College's Mage robes! At first glance they seem simple but they do have layers and various colors within them as well as bags that go along.

The Forsworn also have pretty cool clothing and for males it isn't super revealing so you won't be too uncomfortable.

Also, I'd like the costume to be fairly recognizable by others. So if the character is too vague, not many people will know who I am.

Well, depends on your gender, I'm assuming you're a guy so that pretty much eliminates Aela lol. Otherwise, if you wanna go for an easily recognized character: Miraak, Harkon, one of the Greybeards, Tullius, Ulfric, one of the Snow Elves from Dawnguard if you're willing to paint yourself white. Some of those look like they'd be somewhat complicated, though. Dark Brotherhood armor is relatively simple and unique. So is the Nightingale armor, for that matter.
