*LE COMICAL RANT* Matchmaking would have been nice

Dunno about you peeps, but lately I've been thinking whether Crysis 2 should have included some sort of matchmaking (well, they've done away with giving us an easy way to set up Ded Servers!) or not.

In the image below it shows the character roster I've ended up playing with in TIA on one sunny day (yes I know they haven't been sorted into teams yet, but one way or another, I end up playing with-presumably- beginners to the game)

They do have a match making system, if you are a good player, players that aren't as good will quit the server at the end of the round. Also the autobalance will put more of the players who aren't as good on your team. The people that remain will be the better players after a while, and slowly after a few round its will get harder and harder as more and more better players stick around.

In this way there is a 'meta-game' auto-adjust skill.

Really? Is this implemented in every game you play, or is it requested manually (i.e. on the Multiplayer Main Menu, you have the option to select "Join game" or "Quick game"- would Quick game be the 'manual' matchmaking service if I am right?)
