Hey guys. Its been five years since I've played Oblivion and I want to give the story another go through before Fallout 4 comes out. I really don't want to modify gameplay (add new monsters, NPCs, quests etc...). I want to leave it as Bethesda intended there. I do want to "pretty up" the game as much as I can though. NPC, textures, environment overhauls are what I'm looking for. It is so daunting and I don't know what's current or compatible among the many hundreds of mods. For the veterans, is there a relatively short list of must have texture and environment mods you can't live without? The only things I had in my old game (that I can remember) were QTP3 and Robert's bodies. Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it and hope this is too tedious of a question to answer.

Go http://www.darkcreations.org/testg/wiki/Main_Page to start. Great place for textures, though it focuses a little more on newer stuff. There are some older texture mods you may not find there. It does have some older ones too though, don't get me wrong.
