Out of all my years playing New Vegas, I have never seen the bug that causes the Lucky 38 to not open. I decided this time to activate the seciritrons before speaking to Mr. House. Now, when I go to the lucky 38 to start and continue The House Always Wins, the doors that block the enterable doors do not activate. Victor only says hello as well.

I've been using the same mods for several months, so it can't me a mod issue. Is there a command to force open these doors. Also, do the use of console commands for new Vegas disable achievements?
