The Mod in question allowed the user to enchant arrows, give weapons multiple enchants, learn enchants from scrolls, enchant scrolls, disenchant items and enchant armor with not usually enchant-able effects. The mod also came with a book for instructions. If anyone has an idea of what I am talking about please inform. I have looked on nexus but I cannot seem to find it.

Edit: I do remember that the enchanting was intialized by way of a spell which opens the enchanting/spell making dialogue.
