Commissioning Mods........?

Yeah I know you can't charge money for mods but lets say I would like to have a mod but just ain't ck savy is it allowed to pay someone to make a mod I want but just ain't knowledgeable enough to make or care to learn.....or would this have to go on behind the scenes?

I mean lets face you come to forums with a mod request and if you lucky someone points you to readable material,if you are luckier than that they help instruct you with it and if ya really abnormally lucky they make it.

Well I don't care to learn all this stuff like I did in morrowind but I sure in the heck would be willing to pay someone for their knowledge and reputation...and I mean pay first then get the mod if possible...is shooting commissions to some of my favorite modders such as arthmoor, chesko and a few others out there....openly acceptable or would there be consequences from moderators and Bethe staff.

Anyways I just want to know if this can be done out in the open or no.
