Pc community seems pretty butt hurt about this game.

I find it funny too. Don't judge all PC players on these brats though. Half of us are older than 12 and actually play games for fun....

Don't worry about it. they can bich all they want and say PC gamers won't by the game. What they don't see is that 99.9% of PC gamers don't visit internet forums and they will buy and enjoy this game. You're worrying about a few hundred people that have nothing better to do with their time.

Let's face it. Many former PC exclusives already go multiplatform (Half Life, Civ, Fallout, Deux Ex, COD ... and next year, STALKER 2.

Eventually all PC exclusive series will go to consoles because game company are businesses, and they love to make as much more money as possible. If you were them you would do the same. So, stop whinning and start playing. :)

Sure? PC players are just having issues with their codes. You know, like how PS3 couldn't even play the demo?

Console kiddies are rejoicing because PC development is being held back by their toys temporarily, but regardless of the dollar signs, the next generation of games is on the horizon and us PC gamers are already ready for it. OP, have fun with your 6 year old hardware while I'm playing BF3 maxed out.

I think what we're kinda annoyed about is the lack of DX11 support at launch and how it pretty much abandons the first Crysis in terms of gameplay etc. It's still a great game, it just doesn't improve on the original (so far)..

Indeed, the proportion of whiners and complainers on forums is a lot higher than real life thankfully. It's very obvious crysis 2 would have been better (and probably would have a sold a ton as a result, crytek seemed to forget that they released crysis 1 during a huge slump in pc gaming due to vista) as a PC exclusive though :)

Still, it'll still be a great game :D and tide me over to battlefield 3 or guild wars 2 no doubt.

Dont worry i will be, when i dont have to wait for the lastest patch to download that will probably take over 30 mins to download. I like 45 second xbox updates.

HAHA because everyone that owns an xbox still lives with their parents right? riiiiiiiiight. anyway all points aside i will be looking for you on the PC BF3 playground... to but a bullet in your head.

** also i know why we cant do 64 on console, becuase the game would look like ****. I understand pc gaming is better graphically... Im not a retarded child. I was making this thread because of the hate i seen about this game going to consoles. *some* pc fanboys are acting like its the end of the world.

updates are about the same size for all platforms. If it takes 45s on console, it takes 45s on PC. Of course, you wouldn't know how long a PC patch takes because steam does it without you needing to do anything.

I like my invisible auto updates. 45s of waiting? jeez. It's like 2000 all over again. Also, i like my new games costing £30 as a max and most games being bought for around £7 in fantastic steam sales while still supporting the developers instead of leeching the life out of the gaming industry with second hand games :D

Still, PC is a more convenient platform, that's for sure, that's why my ps3 and 360 feel like it's christmas when they get turned on :)

Yup, paying 300+ every 6 months for which ever upgrade to your rig is needed, sure is convenient!

Do you run your PC on pure gold?

I can build an entire PC for £300 right now and hit every game high, even crysis 2 :)

Then you sir, are a moron, and explains your financial issues with PC. :D

Serious note: consoles and PC's work out about the same price (and slightly cheaper for PC tbh, hence why most students are PC gamers, especially intelligent ones who aren't scared of learning how to build), and if you want the maths of it i can type them all out for you just to make you feel all fuzzy.

Your missing my point, you can't deny the fact the pc gaming is going to way of the dodo, the average person can not keep up with the price demand of having the lastest and greatest setup for these demanding games that are coming out.... especially in the times we live in now.

Read the appendum :) Pc gaming is both cheaper and booming. More people logged into just steam in the last 30 days than have ever made accounts on xbox live.

Also, PC gaming rigs can generally be put on a 3-4 year lifecycle, one which most people replace PC's on anyway.

Oh yeah, did you forget that? how are you talking on this forum if you play on a 360? with another device! The shock! That money + the console easily adds up to a good PC.
