How do I become a Community Veteran?
By helping out on the community forums and maintaining a good relationship with other users.
We look for community members who abide by the rules, who report threads/posts that go against the forum rules and are helpful towards other members.
Do you need to be on the gamesas forums for a set period of time or have lots of posts?
Activity is a big key factor in us choosing a Community Veteran. You don’t need a large number of posts, its quality over quantity here. Time registered on the forums is not an indicator of good activity.
When are you choosing the next set of Community Veterans?
There are no specific time periods on when we are likely to select more Community Vets. We are always on the lookout for new vets; people that can stand out as role models to the rest of the community, help out those who need it and provide valuable insight and feedback.
Do Community Veterans have any special abilities?
Yes. Community Veterans are able to help with forum moderation, in addition to being in close contact with Crytek.
